Chemical Blending & Processing General Laborer

Shift: 7AM
Pay: $15.00 per hour

A fast-paced industrial manufacturing facility serving the Oil & Gas industry is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers for blending and processing operations. This is a hands-on position working with dry materials, liquids, and specialty additives in a production environment.

Job Duties

Blend and package dry and liquid materials according to production instructions
Assist with mixing and preparing specialty chemical products
Load, move, stack, and organize bags and raw materials
Follow blending formulas and production specifications accurately
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Operate safely while following all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Support general warehouse and production operations as needed

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a physically demanding environment
Comfortable working around industrial chemicals and additives
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
No peanut allergies (facility safety requirement)
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred OR prior industrial/manufacturing experience required
Must be able to work overtime when needed

PPE provided

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for candidates who are dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an industrial production environment. Previous experience in manufacturing, blending, chemical processing, warehouse production, or material handling is a plus.
