Branch Office Administrator (BOA) Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Core Responsibilities Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. Account Management: Include account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support: Strong ability to work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes with updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan. Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm‑provided software. Required Skills & Competencies Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Adaptability Conversational Skills Digital Tool Utilization Team Collaboration Additional Responsibilities Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed. Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year. Actively listening for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services. Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
