Operations Systems CoordinatorThe Operations Systems Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining and supporting standard operating procedures across corporately owned clubs and the broader brand. This role requires strong cross-departmental collaboration, operational support, and effective project management.The Operations Systems Coordinator will also support the daily functions of club operations, including club licensing, member record requests, purchase orders, and the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).This role will be based out of our Hampton, NH office, and will be expected to work our hybrid work schedule.ResponsibilitiesManage business licensing for over 270 clubs, including ongoing regional tracking and compliance.Collect and maintain operational records for over 270 clubs, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.Monitor and enforce compliance with both established and newly developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all clubs and the brand.Create and issue requisitions and purchase orders for the Operations Systems team and field operations leadership.Oversee vendor relationships with key third-party suppliers supporting club operations.Collaborate closely with teams across Facilities, Construction, Legal, and Accounting/Finance.Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.QualificationsAssociate or bachelor's degree in business or a relatable field.2+ years' experience in a fast-paced operations environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Ability to communicate effectively cross-functional partners.Strong attention to detail, efficient, and organized with an ability to establish priorities and objectives.Excellent presentation and communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.Able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, internally and externally.Dedicated learner with a natural curiosity for consistent growth.Exhibits comfort, ease, and flexibility working in an extremely fast-paced ever-changing, deadline-driven environment.Cooperative team player with an upbeat, positive, "can-do" attitude!PerksHybrid work schedule out of our Hampton, NH Club Support Center.Competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, pharmacy, dental and vision benefits.Generous vacation/holiday pay.Volunteer days off.401(k) Retirement.Employee Stock Purchase Program.Childcare reimbursement.Pet care reimbursement.Tuition reimbursement.Free learning and development programs.Discount programs, including vacations, theme parks, shopping, meal delivery services & much more.Company-sponsored social events.Free Black Card membership and fun exercise incentives.Access to our private gym at the Hampton, NH Club Support Center, complete with locker rooms and Black Card area.Delicious, healthy breakfast and lunch options served at our Club Support Center café.Note to Applicants: We have been made aware of an increasing number of hiring fraud schemes across numerous platforms.
