David Physical Therapy – Pittsburgh, PA Locations: Mt. Lebanon & Southpointe David Physical

Full Time Salary Position with benefits.

Therapy is a family-owned and operated outpatient physical therapy practice serving the Pittsburgh area. We are looking to add one to two Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to our team at our Mt. Lebanon and Southpointe locations. We take pride in providing high-quality, individualized care in a friendly and supportive environment. We are looking for PTAs who enjoy working directly with patients, value teamwork, and want to be part of a locally owned practice where they can build long-term relationships with both patients and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Carry out individualized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercise, functional activities, and other appropriate interventions
• Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation
• Accurately document patient treatments and progress
• Communicate effectively with supervising Physical Therapists regarding patient progress and changes in condition
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
• Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and the rest of the David Physical Therapy team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current or eligible for Pennsylvania PTA licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working with a diverse outpatient orthopedic patient population
