Release of Information Specialist - Medical Record Governance - AM (008)

Position Overview

Pay range: $17.95 - $29.20 / hour

Job Description

To perform internal Release of Information (ROI) functions including, but not limited to, Risk Management requests, patient requests for psych records, Accounting of Disclosures, CDAC audits and other specialized requests not performed by the ROI vendor.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in a Health Care related field or five (5) years of experience in Release of Information required. Bachelor's degree in a Health Care related field preferred. RN, RHIT, RHIA or CRIS preferred
