Job Summary Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus and $10,000 educational assistance available to external candidates! As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will produce diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to diagnose and manage patient conditions. Each day, you will perform a variety of imaging examinations (X‑rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, MRIs) while actively contributing to a positive patient experience through direct interaction. To excel, you must understand diagnostic imaging workflow, patient positioning, and the importance of capturing precise results. Responsibilities Assist with pre‑procedure education and prepare patient for procedure. Collaborate with staff to ensure patients fully understand the procedure and can answer questions. Ensure patient is positioned properly for the procedure. Ensure ECG electrodes are correctly placed. Prepare and sterilize skin before procedural draping. Set up patient and sterile equipment per physician preferences. Scrub and assist physicians during procedures, including sterile placement of invasive and hemodynamic equipment. Use fine motor skills to assist physician with placement/deployment/use of invasive catheters, wires, balloons, stents, structural heart devices, intra‑aortic balloon counter‑pulsation equipment, percutaneous left ventricular assist devices, implantable cardiac devices, and electrophysiology catheters / 3‑D intra‑cardiac conduction mapping. Perform monitoring functions throughout procedures and document clinical information in the patient record: Operate hemodynamic monitoring equipment. Recognize and report changes in cardiac rhythm. Recognize and report changes in hemodynamic waveforms. Accurately document the flow of events from start through completion of procedure. Perform arterial and/or venous sheath removal using closure devices, manual pressure, or mechanical compression, and transport patients. Perform daily maintenance, quality assurance testing, equipment cleaning, and supply re‑stocking. Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with team members, patients, families, guests, and providers. Job Requirements Medical Radiographer: NE, upon hire. Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
