Brand Manager

Purpose: This position exists to assist in the development of marketing strategies for maintaining and strengthening specific brands while performing a variety of marketing related activities, including the oversight and management of these brands and marketing initiatives. Essential Functions: Assist in developing the vision for the brand’s marketing strategy. Execute the brand’s marketing strategy by leading and providing direction to the creative and communications teams. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide value added marketing initiatives. Promote specified brands through social media, websites, external communications, events and other brand marketing strategies. Develop advertising and literature, photography, videos, POP materials, sales materials and press releases/media relations for assigned brands. Manage marketing activities related to product launches. Assist sales team on dealer promotions. Assist Events Manager in the coordination of brand centric events and other special products. Required Experience / Knowledge: Requires 3 to 5 years of related experience and BA/BS in marketing or related field. Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with company personnel and outside agencies. Requires the ability to develop and maintain highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships. Must possess good analytical and organizational skills. Work Requirements: This position may require sitting, standing, working in front of a computer monitor in an office setting approximately 90% of the day, and occasionally, working in a hot, humid outdoor environment. Requires the ability to travel between field locations, as well as attend shows and events as necessary. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and, reach with hands and arms. Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds. This position is a full-time position, which may require flexibility in hours and days worked (including nights and weekends).
