We’re looking for an experienced Belt Grinder Operator to perform precision finishing, deburring, and polishing on aerospace components. This hands-on role is key to ensuring every part meets strict quality and surface finish standards. If you take pride in craftsmanship and have experience with high-spec metals like titanium or Inconel — we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate manual belt grinding and polishing machines to deburr, blend, and finish metal parts.
Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and aerospace specifications.
Select proper abrasive belts and tools based on material type and surface finish.
Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and surface roughness testers.
Maintain traceability and documentation according to aerospace standards.
Keep work area organized and follow all safety and FOD prevention procedures.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in belt grinding, finishing, or polishing precision metal parts.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
Experience working to tight tolerances and high surface finish requirements (Ra/RMS).
Familiarity with AS9100 or aerospace production environments preferred.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality.
