Job Type: Part-time- One Shift Per Week (Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Compensation: Commission-based (no tips).

We provide all professional supplies and products, so you can focus on clients without managing inventory or expenses!

Responsibilities & Duties

• Expert Hair Services: Provide precision cutting, coloring, styling, and permanents specifically tailored to the needs of senior clients.

• Client Relations: Build meaningful, respectful relationships with residents while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Salon Standards: Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with Missouri state regulations.

• Schedule Management: Efficiently manage appointments and resident records within the salon.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Missouri Cosmetology License (Required): You must be licensed to perform hair services.

• Experience: 3+ years of professional styling experience.

• Skill Set: Proficiency in traditional styling techniques (roller sets, perms) and modern hair trends.

• Professionalism: A dependable, warm, and friendly demeanor suited for a luxury hospitality environment.
