Job Summary As the District Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of Yard-Nique Family of Companies by managing and enhancing the operational efficiency of our landscape services across the designated district. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple branches, ensuring consistent quality, and driving growth. Responsibilities Branch Management: Manage and provide leadership to your branch managers, ensuring that each branch operates efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with branch managers to develop and achieve their performance targets. Operational Excellence: Continuously review and improve operational processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices and safety standards. Implement and maintain quality control measures to deliver high-quality landscape services. Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity and reduce operational costs. Budget Management: Develop and manage the district budget, ensuring that all branches meet or exceed financial targets while maintaining profitability. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and ensuring client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers and field teams, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork. Compliance: Ensure that all branches adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including safety, environmental, and licensing requirements.
