Job Title: Registered Nurse – MedSurg / Telemetry

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – MedSurg / Telemetry to provide nursing care to medical and surgical patients in a fast-paced admission unit.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MedSurg/Telemetry RN experience.

• BLS and ACLS certification required.

• Strong ability to communicate clearly and work independently.

• Experience caring for medical and surgical patients.

• Ability to manage a 5:1 patient ratio in a rapid-admission environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical and surgical patients.

• Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes in clinical status.

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies according to orders and protocols.

• Care for patients awaiting surgical procedures and support rapid admissions.

• Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

• Communicate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Promote patient safety and follow infection-control and hospital policies.
