HVAC Service Sales Representative (Commercial Accounts)
Toledo, OH
$60,000 – $80,000 base + commission

We are currently adding a Service Sales Representative to focus on developing and managing commercial maintenance agreements and long-term client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $60,000 – $80,000 plus commission

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role: This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing commercial service agreements with new and existing clients. The position focuses on building a steady book of business through relationship-driven sales and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for HVAC maintenance agreements
• Manage and grow relationships with commercial and industrial clients
• Prepare and present service proposals based on customer needs and system requirements
• Maintain an active pipeline and track opportunities using CRM tools
• Conduct site visits to evaluate equipment and recommend service solutions
• Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure successful contract execution
• Support long-term account retention through consistent communication and follow-up

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B or outside sales
• Experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or related industries preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities effectively
• Comfortable working in a field-based, client-facing role
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
