What You'll Do
- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process.
- Demonstrate Subaru vehicles and explain features, benefits, and technology.
- Conduct test drives and create an exceptional buying experience.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale.
- Generate business through referrals, repeat customers, and prospecting.
- Work as part of a high-energy team committed to customer satisfaction.
- Create a buying experience that is unique and memorable

- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
