$130,000 - $150,000 per year DOE

• Represent clients in family law cases, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client advocacy.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored legal strategies that align with their goals.

• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties, aiming for favorable outcomes for clients.

• Participate in court hearings and trials, presenting evidence and arguments effectively.

• Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and empowered throughout their case journey.

• Experience in family law, with a focus on divorce proceedings and asset division.
• Ability to draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Proven track record of managing a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills to secure practical settlement pathways.
• Experience in conducting and defending depositions, preparing clients and witnesses for testimony.
• Ability to collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to move cases through litigation smoothly.
• Commitment to maintaining organized, compliant, and up-to-date client files at all times.
