We are looking for a qualified bilingual Sales support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries. Provide high-level of administration support for sales representative team.
- Assist in answering customer calls and sales representative emails.
- Place orders in Sage 100 and all necessary paperwork
- Create quotes for customers.
- Act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office.
- Research new customer leads as requested by sales team
- Update customer records and follow through with inquiries and situation resolution
- Proactively help to support sales team to improve departmental processes, reporting, and workflows.
- Cover the billing support desk when necessary
- Work closely and assist sales team as directed
- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
