The Integrative Support Center is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our compassionate team in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. While most work will be conducted remotely, the clinical team comes together regularly to engage in training, teamwork, and case consultations to enhance service provision.

• Deliver intensive counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services tailored to the individual needs of clients and their families.

• Conduct comprehensive mental status examinations and regularly assess mental health changes, implementing necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Maintain meticulous case notes, progress reports, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting continuity of care.

• Employ a calm, empathetic demeanor to manage high-stress situations effectively, providing de-escalation techniques as needed.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including medical providers, case managers, and community resource specialists, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings, adapting methodologies to best fit the client's circumstances and needs.

• Engage in regular case discussions with colleagues, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the collective quality of care.

As a Clinical Social Worker at our Hospice Center, your clients will primarily include individuals and families coping with terminal illnesses or end-of-life issues. You will address a range of emotional, psychological, and social challenges associated with grief, loss, and existential concerns. Your empathetic and skilled approach will help clients navigate this difficult period, promoting dignity and respect throughout their journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Possession of a valid Pennsylvania License (LCSW) allowing for independent practice.

• Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and cultivate trust-based relationships.
\n
• Experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy in clinical settings.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage client caseloads.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, preferably within hospice or end-of-life care settings.

• Familiarity with medical and psychological assessment tools and therapeutic methodologies specific to hospice care.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain client documentation effectively.
