This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Work Environment\n

This role is performed entirely remotely, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. While primarily a Monday to Friday position from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, occasional evening shifts, rotating weekends, and on-call availability may be necessary to accommodate the needs of our students and their families. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to the unique needs of students with special needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of their emotional and psychological well-being.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on enhancing mental health, emotional stability, and successful integration into the educational community.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address and manage challenges related to autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral issues, and trauma.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at improving personal growth, emotional regulation, and coping strategies among students.

• Collaborate closely with educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to student care.

• Provide crisis intervention and responsive support during mental health emergencies, equipping students with tools and strategies to navigate challenging situations.

• Educate students and their families about mental health conditions, resources, and coping mechanisms, fostering a supportive network of care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in Pennsylvania is essential for practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Two years of post-licensure experience as a Clinical Social Worker is preferred, along with demonstrated proficiency in trauma-informed care practices and crisis intervention strategies.
