Events/SALES Consultant

Job Summary The Events/SALES Consultant is responsible for selling fun! Our ideal team member will serve as the first point of contact for Urban Air and work with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. To hit the ground running, you will need to make quality connections with local organizations through outbound prospecting, attend chamber and other community events to increase brand awareness, drive event business to the park, and have strong phone, computer, multi‑tasking, and guest‑experience skills. YOU WILL BE GREAT IF You love unlimited earning potential (base + commission). You thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted family entertainment scene. You are outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are eager to learn and love developing new sales skills. You love talking to and selling customers. You respond to all leads in a timely fashion—same to next business day. You consistently meet or exceed goals. You prefer booking sales three (3) months in advance. Business casual dress code. Availability for Saturday, Sunday, and/or evening shifts during the week.
