About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Associate CHRO to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Corporate Human Resources Team, responsible for leading the HR generalist team in all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruiting, training, development, employee and labor relations, and engagement and retention. This role requires a strategic business advisor who can work closely with executive and senior management to address organizational and management issues. The VP Associate CHRO will also be involved in strategic organizational development, ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws, and overseeing the implementation of HR policies and practices. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive HR management experience, with at least 7 years' in a supervisory role. A background in a corporate and multi-unit property management environment is highly desirable. The role demands excellent people skills, communication, and a strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. The ideal candidate will be adaptive, goal-oriented, and have a proven track record of leadership. A Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or business is required, with HR and employment law certifications being preferred. The VP Associate CHRO will also be expected to maintain a professional and ethical image and actively participate in all HR activities within the organization.
