We provide quality lumber and building materials for residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Metro Detroit and surrounding areas. Our reputation is built on exceptional service, competitive pricing, dependable delivery, and strong customer relationships. Position Summary We are seeking Outside Sales Representatives / Account Managers to develop new business, manage existing accounts, and build long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, visiting job sites, solving customer challenges, and growing a book of business within the construction and building materials industry. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service and support Build and maintain relationships with customers Visit customer job sites to understand project needs and provide solutionsPrepare quotes, estimates, and material takeoffs Follow projects from bid stage through completion Stay current on industry trends, products, and pricing Qualifications Experience in lumber, building materials, construction, or related sales preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to negotiate and close sales opportunities Blueprint reading and estimating experience is a plus Valid driver’s licence required Competitive base salary + uncapped commission #J-18808-Ljbffr Gutherie Lumber
