Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an Glendale affordable housing community. You will direct onsite staff, oversee leasing, marketing, resident relations, and retention, and drive occupancy toward operational goals. You will manage rent collection, budgeting, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, while coordinating maintenance, vendor relations, inspections, and compliance with LIHTC, NSP, and HTF programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
