Venice Community Housing seeks a Regional Property and Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing properties in the Los Angeles area. You will supervise Property Managers and Compliance staff, coordinate with Maintenance, and ensure high performance across operations, leasing, and regulatory compliance. You’ll manage budgets, approvals, and annual reporting, while maintaining Housing First principles and resident relations. Hybrid work options may be offered. #J-18808-Ljbffr Venice Community Housing
