Affordable Housing Community Manager: Leasing & Operations Lead

Asset Living in the Los Angeles area seeks a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of affordable housing experience, on-site leadership skills, and the ability to develop staffing and leasing strategies while delivering excellent resident service #J-18808-Ljbffr Asset Living
