Step into an essential role providing speech and language support for elementary students in a contract position designed to cover a maternity leave. Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathology license
• GaPSC SLP Educator Certification required
• CCC credential strongly preferred
• Previous experience supporting school-aged children, especially in an elementary setting
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and consultation
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and collaborate effectively with educators and families

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing speech and language therapy to K-5 students as outlined in IEPs
• Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine individual needs
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents/guardians
• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Offering consultation and in-services to staff as needed
• Participating in meetings and team planning for student support

This full-time contract is set for approximately 37.5 hours per week and runs through early October 2026, giving you the opportunity to play a pivotal part during a critical period for these young learners.
