Position Summary As a Community Manager, you will partner with multiple Boards of Directors, building strong relationships to develop and execute strategic plans that meet each Association’s goals. You will oversee all major community projects, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with governing documents and regulations. This role requires a self‑starter who prioritizes customer service, organizational excellence, and proactive leadership. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist multiple Boards in developing operational strategies and implementing agreed goals. Serve as the liaison between Boards and the management company, maintaining strong client relationships. Develop fiscal policies, review financial reports, and adhere to budgets to protect each Association’s assets and property values. Oversee the bidding process for third‑party vendors. Monitor homeowner assessment delinquencies and oversee collection efforts. Prepare the annual budget by analyzing prior expenditures and identifying new needs. Administer all legal issues and ensure policy and procedural compliance with governing documents, corporate and civil codes, and state and federal obligations. Maintain communications with Boards, creating weekly/monthly reports and action item lists; preserve all Association records and files. Prepare agendas and Board packages and attend all Board meetings, including Executive and General Sessions. Requirements 3+ years in managing homeowner’s associations, city government, or related experience. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and creative thinking skills. Customer‑service oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of project management, budget management, and strategic goal development. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. CCAM® designation and/or CMCA® or AMS® designations desirable. Required Nevada Community Manager Licensing. Minimum Education Minimum of two years experience in a front desk or residential/HOA/hotel setting preferred. Some higher education or vocational training in hospitality desired. Good geographic knowledge of the surrounding area. Language Skills Strong written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and clients at all organizational levels, both orally and in writing. Availability Regular business hours 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional after‑hours work as needed. Work Environment The position is based in a typical office building.
