What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care
• Participate in outreach clinics in Lamar and Trinidad (up to 6 days/month, 2-3 hours travel)
• Collaborate with an established, multidisciplinary care team, including nurses and social workers
• Support clinical growth initiatives and quality improvement programs
• Use EPIC EMR system for documentation and coordination
• Share limited call responsibilities within the group

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain one
• Board eligible or Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Strong commitment to rural and underserved patient populations
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Passion for high-quality, patient-centered cancer care
