Operations Supervisor
Available Schedules:
Monday-Thursday (Weekday Shift) 6am Start
Friday-Sunday (Weekend Shift) 6am Start
Job Description & Requirements Overview -
Department: Warehouse Operations
Experience Level: 3–5 Years
Travel Requirement: < 5% (Air & Driving)
Scope of Role: Mixed (Warehouse Floor & Office)
Qualifications & Requirements:
3–5 years of warehousing, distribution or 3PL experience.
Solid knowledge of warehousing, shipping/receiving, and inventory accountability.
Proven leadership, team management, and staff development skills.
Familiarity with OSHA standards, 5S management, and operational protocols.
Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to proprietary WMS platforms.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual, Spanish / English Preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Floor Activity: Frequent movement around equipment, racks, and trailers.
Regular talking, hearing, standing, walking, and sitting.
Frequent lifting or moving of up to 25 lbs .
Full visual acuity (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment).
