Potential to Float 1-2 Days Per Week

Outpatient Endocrinology Patients
Low to Moderate Acuity
Approximately 20-25 Patients Per Day
15 Exam Rooms
Majority of Patient Care Focused on Diabetes Management

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Outpatient Endocrinology Care
Evaluate and Manage Patients With Diabetes
Provide Ongoing Diabetes Management and Follow-Up Care
CGM Analysis Experience - Preferred
Insulin Pump Management Experience - Preferred
No Other Procedures Required

Requirements
Board Certified - Required
Active New York State License in Hand - Required
Candidates Requiring Licensure Will Not Be Accepted
Minimum of 2 Years of Experience - Required
Epic Experience - Required
Life-Saving Certification - Required
AHA or RQI Certification Required, as Applicable
CGM Analysis Experience - Preferred
Insulin Pump Management Experience - Preferred
Residents and Fellows Will Not Be Accepted
