Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our services, including web design, social media, and branding solutions. Troubleshoot basic customer issues and provide effective resolutions, escalating complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary. Guide users through our website and services to ensure they find the information they need. Identify customer needs to recommend relevant products or services, helping to generate new sales leads for the team. Accurately document all customer interactions and pertinent information in our internal systems. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with experience in live chat or written communication channels.
