Program Manager Health and Welfare

Your Work Matters:The Health & Welfare Benefits Manager will manage benefit plans, compliance, and third-party vendor partnerships for Floor & Decor’s Health & Welfare benefits program. Experience in implementing/managing new plan design and vendors is required as well as an understanding of benefits market competitiveness. This position will oversee analysts on the Benefits team and work closely with our broker, legal, and cross-functional departments.Your Day Consist of:Responsible to manage and administer the company’s health and welfare plans and other ancillary benefits.Drive strategic planning, design, implementation, maintenance, compliance, and administration of benefit and wellness programs.Responsible for planning, communication, and execution of annual open enrollment.Build and deliver effective communication strategies to educate employees of our health & welfare benefit offerings.
