Requirements/Qualifications:

* 2-5 years working in the landscape industry required.

* Must be proficient with plant names, plant ID 

* Must be able to identify annual plantings

* Responsible to maintain client relationships through site visits, client meetings, calls, etc.

* Understanding of design/build projects - the ability to take the project from the page to installation

* Ability to multitask, direct install/maintenance crew and visit plant nurseries

* Must be passionate about working on a variety of projects

* Ability to work independently or with a group of people

* Strong knowledge of plants a must - We visit nurseries on a weekly basis finding plants

* Must be comfortable with working with a various array of clients and conditions

* Must be comfortable producing proposals, written quotes

* Must be reliable and on time to work

* Must be comfortable doing site visits and directing an install/maintenance team on layout and installation of projects

Salary: Based on experience and knowledge

Job Duties:

- Lead/manage seasonal color installs, proposals, and ordering 

- Lead on detail clean up/pruning jobs - site visits with crew and on site direction with crews

- Co lead Holiday installs 

- Meeting with clients 

- Site visits to check for quality of work
