Responsibilities

Consult with new and existing clients to evaluate their coverage gaps and provide comprehensive risk management solutions.

Manage a diverse book of business across auto, home, life, and commercial insurance lines.

Execute proactive outreach to local community members to grow our footprint in Southern Maryland.

Draft and present customized insurance proposals that reflect our clients' unique life stages and assets.

Process policy endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries with high attention to detail.

Collaborate with our office team to streamline workflows and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property Casualty and Life Health insurance licenses.

Minimum of two years experience in personal lines insurance sales.

Strong command of agency management software and digital quoting tools.

A clear, approachable communication style that builds immediate rapport.

Resident of or ability to commute daily to Charlotte Hall, Maryland.

Experience with consultative sales techniques rather than transactional selling.
