· Position: Temperature Controls Installation Helper

· Location: Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas

· Job Type: Full-Time

· Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

· Assist lead technicians with installing control panels, thermostats, and sensors.

· Run, pull, and secure low-voltage control wire and conduit.

· Mount electronic and mechanical components using hand and power tools.

· Clean up work areas and organize tools and materials on the job site.

· Follow all company, jobsite and OSHA safety rules.

Job Requirements

· High school diploma or GED.

· Basic understanding of hand and power tools.

· Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic technical drawings.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or climb ladders for long periods.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
