Job Skills / Requirements Lead Commercial Cleaner – Day Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday – Day Shift Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience. We are seeking a Commercial Cleaner Supervisor to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations and help ensure our customers receive high-quality, professional service. Job Responsibilities Lead and work alongside commercial cleaning team members. Assign daily cleaning duties and ensure all work is completed properly and on schedule. Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, hallways, and other commercial spaces. Perform duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, trash removal, and restroom cleaning. Inspect completed work to ensure company quality standards are met. Train and assist new cleaning employees as needed. Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized and report when supplies are needed. Communicate professionally with management, employees, and customers. Report building, equipment, safety, or cleaning concerns to management. Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning guidelines. Maintain dependable and punctual attendance. Qualifications Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred. Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus. Must be dependable, responsible, and able to work independently. Must have good communication and organizational skills. Must be able to lead a team and maintain a professional attitude. Must be able to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift. Must be available to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours . Employment Documentation Applicants must be able to provide acceptable employment-eligibility and identity documentation as required for Form I-9 verification . Compensation $22.00–$25.00 per hour , depending on commercial cleaning experience, leadership experience, and qualifications.
