System Administrator

This is an opportunity for a Systems and Endpoint Administrator to step into a growing investment firm and have a real impact as the environment continues to scale. The firm has over $28B in assets under management and is continuing to invest heavily in its infrastructure. If you like taking ownership and being part of building something, this is worth a look. If you already have strong systems or engineering experience, the role can lean about 70% toward cloud and endpoint engineering work from day one. If you’re still building toward that level, they’re open to bringing you up over time and shifting the role in that direction as you grow. You’ll be based in the Miami office, which has around 40 employees, so you’ll have real visibility and the ability to make an impact day to day. At the same time, you’ll stay closely connected to the broader IT team and your manager in New York, where the headquarters sits. The manager is very technical, easy to work with, and someone who likes to mentor, so you’ll have support as you ramp and grow into the role. From a technical standpoint, you’ll be working across Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server, O365, Exchange Online, Intune, and Autopilot, along with exposure to automation using PowerShell. There’s also exposure to security initiatives and the opportunity to help shape how the environment evolves as the company continues to grow.
