We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Mechanic to support equipment maintenance and repair in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently to minimize downtime.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Mechanic to support equipment maintenance and repair in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify equipment malfunctions
- Repair or replace defective parts as needed
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) to ensure equipment reliability
- Inspect machinery and equipment for proper operation
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Assist with installation of new equipment as needed
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Support general maintenance tasks as assigned
- Previous maintenance mechanic experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Strong attention to safety and detail
