Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) is a BCBA-owned and operated company since 2019.

Today, ABT serves hundreds of families across Ohio and New Jersey with center-based, home-based, and early learning center programs. Our team of passionate therapists and BCBAs work together to help every child reach their full potential.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 2 years recruiting experience
Proven experience in Indeed and LinkedIn recruiting
Able to multitask and manage several requisitions
Knowledge of Google Docs, and Microsoft office tools
Experience using an ATS
