You do not need recruiting experience. What You'll Do Identify and engage top talent across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries.
Build relationships with candidates through outreach, networking, and ongoing engagement.
Learn executive search and recruiting methodologies through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience.
Expand your professional network by engaging with industry leaders, executives, and emerging talent.
Thrive in a performance-driven environment that rewards initiative, ownership, and results.
Earn a base salary plus a commission structure designed to reward performance and long-term success.
