Contract RecruiterWe are seeking a fast-paced Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle staffing for critical veterinary support roles. You will focus on sourcing, screening, and pipelining high-demand clinical talent—including Veterinary Technicians (LVTs/CVTs), Veterinary Assistants, Front Desk Coordinators and customer service reps—to ensure seamless hospital/practice operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume veterinary clinical support positions.Source passive talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and specialized veterinary networks.Screen candidates for technical clinical skills, licensing, and cultural alignment.Coordinate interviews and serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers.Maintain an organized applicant pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Requirements2+ years of recruiting experience (Veterinary or Healthcare staffing highly preferred).Proven track record filling high-volume or high-demand clinical support positions.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools.Strong phone screening, candidate engagement, and clear communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.EEO StatementCove Animal Health is an equal opportunity employer.
