Seeking a virtual W2 contract Recruiter specializing in the customer service sector, the position requires at least four years of recruiting experience, proficiency in Workday, and the ability to conduct video meetings while connecting candidates with meaningful job opportunities. Key responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment processes to deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies and relationship building Advocate for candidates by efficiently screening and preparing them for successful employment opportunities Required qualifications 4+ years of recruiting experience Full-cycle recruiting experience is required Strong client-facing experience Experience with Workday is mandatory Comfortable conducting meetings via video
