Clinical Research Coordinator

Clinical Research Coordinator position at an SMO managing multiple clinical trials with exposure to diverse therapeutic areas. Role requires hands-on clinical skills and site operations knowledge, with opportunities for professional development in clinical research.

Responsibilities

Manage 2–6 concurrent trials of varying complexity from initiation to completion
Recruit study participants and obtain informed consent per protocol requirements
Perform clinical procedures and maintain regulatory documentation
Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and study monitors on trial activities
Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal training programs

Requirements

1–3 years clinical research experience at investigative site (CRC I) or 3+ years (CRC II)
Proficiency obtaining vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs, and lab specimen processing
Demonstrated experience with pediatric blood draws
Understanding of site operations and drug development process
Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
Proficiency with CTMS, eCRFs, and Microsoft Office applications

Compensation: $37,800–$94,500 base annually
