Berghoff Cafe - $16.50-$18/hour
This position is responsible for learning and working all the stations on the caf line. Customer service and food handling are of primary importance. Occasional bussing of tables and customer engagement in the dining area of the caf will also be required.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Caf customers to provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Ensure the Caf back line is clean and orderly.
- Follow sanitation procedures as instructed by supervisor.
- Maintain food quality and presentation of Caf items being served.
- Limit waste and utilize existing product to control food costs.
- Cook food to proper temperature, follow recipes, and appropriately plate items.
Skills/Experience
- One to two years of experience with increasing responsibility in a full-service or fast casual restaurant.
- Proficient culinary knife skills.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Must possess basic math skills.
- Able and willing to work holidays and weekends.
