Overview: Join a roofing crew installing, repairing, and replacing tile and shingle roofing systems. Lead and train apprentices, ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on each job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace tile and shingle roofing systems (underlayment, fastening, flashing, ridge/cap work, tile setting)
- Inspect roofs, diagnose leaks and damage, recommend repairs
- Prep roofs, install drip edge, perform quality checks
- Replace or repair flashing, vents, and roof penetrations
- Train and coach apprentices; communicate job progress and issues to operations manager
- Follow SOPs and maintain high-quality, efficient work practices
- Maintain tools and equipment; follow safety protocols
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience with tile and shingle roofing installation and repair
- Knowledge of flashing, underlayment, ventilation, and roof drainage
- Ability to work at heights safely and use roofing tools/equipment
- Must be able to commute to Gilbert, AZ 85233
Schedule: Day shift, Mon–Fri (weekends as needed)
