Job Title: Receiving Clerk Reports To: Transportation Supervisor Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7AM-3:30PM. Overtime as needed. Summary of duties and responsibilities: Perform all tasks involved in the production of Jordan Manufacturing Companys products. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Job duties and responsibilities: 1. Responsible for maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming shipments, to include unloading delivery trucks, checking incoming shipments against product packing lists and receiving product in Macola 2. Prepare fabric tags prior to delivery against packing list. 3. Process daily Mail/Ground Carrier deliveries. 4. Processing the daily receipts to the Summary Log 5. Record Fabric receipt daily to group 6. Prepare incoming container paperwork for receipt. 7. Assist shipping with building LTLs, dropship and loading truck. 8. Additional responsibilities as needed. Required Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent Experience 1+ year experience in a receiving role Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Use computer to print labels and tags. Communicate tasks to employees. Follow Instructions Be able to read work orders. Working Conditions Environment Position is located in a factory setting. Essential physical requirements Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and lifting may be required. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
