Are you a high-performing new business sales professional with a proven track record in international freight?


We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven sales professional to grow our Air & Ocean freight business across Houston and the wider Texas market .

The opportunity


You'll be responsible for winning new customers, developing strategic relationships and growing profitable freight volumes across key international trade lanes.


This is a genuine hunter role for someone who thrives on opening doors, building a pipeline and converting prospects into long-term customers.

What we're looking for

• Proven success in new business sales within international freight / logistics
• Strong knowledge of Air & Ocean freight products
• An established network across Houston / Texas is highly desirable
• A consultative, commercially focused approach to selling
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and closing skills
• The drive and independence to build a territory and deliver results
