Why join us Competitive compensation Growth opportunities Full benefits Collaborative culture Job Details At least two years experience in complex commercial litigation including business disputes, real‑estate disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, contract disputes, business torts, including noncompete/restrictive covenants, trade secret misappropriations, intellectual property, shareholder derivative litigation, and class actions. Excellent academic credentials and a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school. Law Review/Journal or Moot Court experience is a plus. Must be licensed to practice in Ohio. Some trial or evidentiary hearing experience is a plus. Ideal candidate attributes Ability to prepare quality first drafts of pleadings, motion papers, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other standard documents. Ability to competently assist with fast‑paced complex litigation, while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues. The professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative team environment. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and exceptional analytical skills.
