Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently.
• Assist with medical records management and patient documentation.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms for patient visits.
• Collect and process patient payments and insurance information.
• Support medical staff with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; RMA certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
