Job Description Opportunity: Clinic Director & Equity Partner License Required Physical Therapist Setting & Location Outpatient Clinic. Location: Winston‑Salem (but partner can choose location). Responsibilities & Training Build and lead a startup clinic with support of a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. Become an Equity Partner and shape the clinic from the ground up, including location selection, culture, team development, and patient experience. Leverage company support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and other operational areas. Receive pre‑launch training in Leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach & referral growth, and culture building. Work closely with experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics, ensuring confidence before opening doors. Compensation $90,000–$110,000 annually with the full salary paid even before the clinic opens. Eligible for a competitive annual Clinic Director bonus plan once the clinic launches.
