Production Worker

General Production WorkerPay: $16.50/hour (1st Shift) | 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM ($16.50/hour) | Possible OTResponsibilitiesAssemble garage door sections by installing seals, end caps, windows, and panels.Label products accurately and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.Read and interpret work orders and production documentation.Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.Load finished products onto trucks by hand and unload incoming shipments.Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.Transfer, replenish, and organize materials throughout the facility.Track inventory and materials using basic Excel functions.Communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries and material discrepancies.Maintain clean and organized work areas, including daily housekeeping tasks.Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.Assist with quality inspections and production support activities as needed.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.Experience using hand and power tools.Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime when needed.Why Join Us?Contract-to-hire opportunity with growth potentialWeekly payPay increase upon permanent hireBenefits available upon direct hireConsistent full-time hoursAdvance notice of overtime whenever possibleTeam-oriented work environment with opportunities to develop manufacturing skillsJob Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.15/hr.
