Manufacturing Production Laborer - DAY SHIFT

Job Title: General Production Worker

1st shift: 7:00am-3:00pm M-F occasional Saturdays

Read and interpret work orders accurately to complete production tasks according to specifications.

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to perform assembly and finishing work.

Measure materials using a tape measure and perform basic addition and subtraction to support accurate cutting and assembly.

Perform physical tasks such as bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching throughout the shift.

Clean and organize the work area regularly and store tools and equipment properly at the end of each task or shift.

Hand load trucks without the use of a forklift to prepare outgoing shipments.

At least 1–3 months of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to perform basic math, including addition and subtraction, to support measuring and cutting tasks.

Capability to perform frequent bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching during the shift.

Strong teamwork skills and willingness to work collaboratively on an assembly line or in production teams.

Comfort working in a general production, assembly, and material handling environment.

High school diploma or GED.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.
